1 SECO may consult other federal authorities, trade associations, specialist organisations and specialist individuals to obtain technical advice.
2 Employees of the associations and specialist organisations and the specialist individuals are obliged to maintain official secrecy as defined in Article 320 of the Criminal Code15.
