Art. 9 Decision and publication

1 FOAG shall decide whether the application meets the requirements of Articles 2–7.32

2 If FOAG approves the application, it shall publish its decision together with the most important elements of the product specification in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce.

Art. 9 Entscheid und Veröffentlichung

1 Das BLW entscheidet darüber, ob das Gesuch den Anforderungen der Artikel 2–7 entspricht.32

2 Heisst das BLW das Gesuch gut, so veröffentlicht es dieses zusammen mit den wichtigsten Elementen des Pflichtenheftes im Schweizerischen Handelsamtsblatt.
