Art. 11 Submission to the authorities

1 Notifications and authorisation applications must be submitted to the Federal Coordination Centre for Biotechnology.

2 Notifications and authorisation applications must include the information listed in Annex 3. In the information, procedures and methods related in their nature, extent and purpose may be summarised.

3 The information must be entered directly into the ECOGEN electronic database (Art. 27a).26

Art. 11 Eingabe an die Behörden

1 Meldungen und Bewilligungsgesuche sind bei der Kontaktstelle Biotechnologie des Bundes einzureichen.

2 Meldungen und Bewilligungsgesuche müssen die Angaben nach Anhang 3 enthalten. In den Angaben können nach Art, Umfang und Zweck zusammengehörige Arbeitsschritte und Methoden zusammengefasst werden.

3 Die Angaben sind direkt in die elektronische Datenbank ECOGEN (Art. 27a) einzugeben.25
