Art. 33a Ecological potential

When determining the ecological potential of a body of water, consideration shall be given to the following:

a.
the ecological importance of the body of water in its current state;
b.
the potential ecological importance of the body of water in a state in which the man-made harm is eliminated to the extent possible at a reasonable cost.

Art. 33a Ökologisches Potenzial

Bei der Festlegung des ökologischen Potenzials eines Gewässers sind zu berücksichtigen:

a.
die ökologische Bedeutung des Gewässers im heutigen Zustand;
b.
die mögliche ökologische Bedeutung des Gewässers im Zustand, in dem die vom Menschen verursachten Beeinträchtigungen so weit beseitigt sind, als dies mit verhältnismässigen Kosten machbar ist.
