Art. 27a Letter of access

1 A letter of access must contain at least the following information:

a.136
the name and contact details of the data owner and the beneficiary;
b.
the name of the active substance or biocidal product for which access to the data is authorised;
c.
the date on which the letter of access takes effect;
d.
a list of the submitted data to which reference may be made on the basis of the letter of access.

2 Revocation of a letter of access shall not affect the validity of the authorisation issued on the basis of the letter of access.

Art. 27a Zugangsbescheinigung

1 Eine Zugangsbescheinigung muss mindestens folgende Angaben enthalten:

a.136
die Namen und die Kontaktdaten der Eigentümerin der Daten und der Begünstigten;
b.
die Bezeichnung des Wirkstoffs oder des Biozidprodukts, für den oder das der Datenzugang gewährt wurde;
c.
den Zeitpunkt, zu dem die Zugangsbescheinigung wirksam wird;
d.
die Liste der übermittelten Daten, auf die gestützt auf die Zugangsbescheinigung Bezug genommen werden darf.

2 Der Widerruf einer Zugangsbescheinigung wirkt sich nicht auf die Gültigkeit der Zulassung aus, die gestützt auf die Zugangsbescheinigung erteilt wurde.
