Art. 57 Duties of ComCom

1 ComCom shall perform the duties and take the decisions for which it is responsible in terms of this Act and its implementing provisions. It shall inform the public of its activities and produce a report each year for the Federal Council.

2 For the purpose of implementing telecommunications legislation, ComCom may seek the assistance of OFCOM and give it instructions.

Art. 57 Aufgaben der ComCom

1 Die ComCom trifft die Entscheide und erlässt die Verfügungen, die nach diesem Gesetz und den Ausführungsbestimmungen in ihrer Kompetenz liegen. Sie orientiert die Öffentlichkeit über ihre Tätigkeit und erstattet dem Bundesrat jährlich einen Tätigkeitsbericht.

2 Die ComCom kann das BAKOM beim Vollzug des Fernmelderechtes beiziehen und ihm Weisungen erteilen.
