Art. 10 Normal working hours and public holidays

1 Normal working hours for the PTSS and the persons or entities required to cooperate are Monday to Friday continuously from 8am to 5pm.

2 Normal working hours do not apply on public holidays. These are 1 and 2 January, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Ascension Day, Whit Monday, 1 August, 24 December from noon, 25 and 26 December and New Year’s Eve (31 December) from noon.

Art. 10 Normalarbeitszeiten und Feiertage

1 Die Normalarbeitszeiten des Dienstes ÜPF und der Mitwirkungspflichtigen sind von Montag bis Freitag durchgehend von 8–17 Uhr.

2 Die Normalarbeitszeiten gelten nicht an den Feiertagen. Diese sind der 1. und 2. Januar, der Karfreitag, der Ostermontag, die Auffahrt, der Pfingstmontag, der 1. August, der 24. Dezember ab 12 Uhr, der 25. und 26. Dezember sowie der 31. Dezember ab 12 Uhr.
