1 The transport company or the security undertaking shall ensure that security personnel meet the requirements laid down in Article 6 of the Ordinance of 31 October 20075 on the Use of Private Security Companies.
2 Transport Police personnel who perform security tasks require a police officer certificate issued by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation6.
3 The transport company or the security undertaking shall ensure that the security personnel can attend appropriate training courses.

1 Das Transportunternehmen oder das Sicherheitsunternehmen stellt sicher, dass das Sicherheitspersonal die Anforderungen nach Artikel 6 der Verordnung vom 31. Oktober 20075 über den Einsatz privater Sicherheitsfirmen erfüllt.
2 Das Personal der Transportpolizei, das Schutzaufgaben wahrnimmt, benötigt einen Fachausweis des Staatssekretariats für Bildung, Forschung und Innovation6 als Polizist oder Polizistin.
3 Das Transportunternehmen oder das Sicherheitsunternehmen stellt sicher, dass das Sicherheitspersonal fachbezogene Weiterbildungskurse besuchen kann.
