745.21 Verordnung vom 17. August 2011 über die Sicherheitsorgane der Transportunternehmen im öffentlichen Verkehr (VST)
Art. 2 Definitions
In this Ordinance:
- a.
- Security undertaking means a private organisation under the Article 5 paragraph 3 PTSA;
- b.
- Security personnel means employees of a security or Transport Police service who perform security tasks.
Art. 2 Begriffe
In dieser Verordnung bedeuten:
- a.
- Sicherheitsunternehmen: private Organisation nach Artikel 5 Absatz 3 BGST;
- b.
- Sicherheitspersonal: Personal des Sicherheitsdienstes oder der Transportpolizei, das Schutzaufgaben wahrnimmt.
