Art. 6 Safeguards regulations

1 The licence holder shall draw up safeguards regulations.

2 These regulations shall be submitted to the SFOE for approval.

Art. 6 Safeguardsreglement

1 Der Bewilligungsinhaber erstellt ein Safeguardsreglement.

2 Dieses Reglement ist dem BFE zur Genehmigung vorzulegen.
