Art. 22 Repeal and amendment of current law

1 The following are repealed:

a.
Ordinance of 10 December 199015 on the Classification and Handling of Information from the Civilian Administrative Sector;
b.
Ordinance of the Federal Department of Defence of 1 May 199016 on the Protection of Military Information (Information Protection Ordinance).

Art. 22 Aufhebung und Änderung bisherigen Rechts

1 Es werden aufgehoben:

a.
die Verordnung vom 10. Dezember 199015 über die Klassifizierung und Behandlung von Informationen im zivilen Verwaltungsbereich;
b.
die Verordnung vom 1. Mai 199016 über den Schutz militärischer Informationen (Informationsschutzverordnung).
