Art. 2 Park authority

The authority responsible for the National Park is the «Swiss National Park» public-law foundation («the Foundation») with registered office in Bern.

Art. 2 Trägerschaft

Trägerin des Nationalparks ist die öffentlich-rechtliche Stiftung «Schweizerischer Nationalpark» mit Sitz in Bern.
