Art. 35 Calculation, focus and payment

1 The SNSF shall calculate funding for overheads on the basis of the planned projects that it approved the previous year in accordance with:

a.
credit granted; and
b.
the maximum contribution that Parliament set out in the relevant funding decision.

2 It grants funding by decree.

3 The funding is paid in two halves at the end of the first and third quarters of the calendar year.

Art. 35 Bemessung, Ausrichtung und Auszahlung

1 Der SNF bemisst die Overheadbeiträge aufgrund der von ihm im Vorjahr bewilligten Projektbeiträge im Rahmen:

a.
der bewilligten Kredite; und
b.
des Beitragshöchstsatzes, den das Parlament im massgeblichen Finanzierungsbeschluss festgelegt hat.

2 Er bewilligt die Beiträge mittels Verfügung.

3 Die Auszahlung der Beiträge erfolgt je zur Hälfte am Ende des ersten und des dritten Quartals des Kalenderjahres.
