Art. 218 C. Agricultural properties

The Federal Act of 4 October 199184 on Rural Land Rights applies to the sale of agricultural properties.

Art. 218 C. Landwirtschaftliche Grundstücke

Für die Veräusserung von landwirtschaftlichen Grundstücken gilt zudem das Bundesgesetz vom 4. Oktober 199184 über das bäuerliche Bodenrecht.
