Art. 217 B. Conditional purchase and reservation of ownership

1 Conditional purchases of immovable property are not entered in the land register until the condition has been fulfilled.

2 A reservation of ownership may not be entered in the land register.

Art. 217 B. Bedingter Kauf und Eigentumsvorbehalt

1 Ist ein Grundstückkauf bedingt abgeschlossen worden, so erfolgt die Eintragung in das Grundbuch erst, wenn die Bedingung erfüllt ist.

2 Die Eintragung eines Eigentumsvorbehaltes ist ausgeschlossen.
