Art. 25 Obligation to pay fees

The following services provided by the FOJ are subject to a fee:

a.: the provision of information as well as the acceptance, examination and transmission of communications, reports and decisions of the responsible cantonal and foreign central authorities as well as of other state agencies or adoption agencies;
b.: the taking of all the measures required to arrange to departure of the child from the country of origin or his or her entry into the receiving state and his or her permanent residency together with accommodation there;
c.: the issue of an entry document in accordance with Article 10 HCAA.

Art. 25 Gebührenpflicht

Gebührenpflichtige Leistungen des BJ sind:

a.: das Erteilen von Auskünften sowie die Entgegennahme, Überprüfung und Übermittlung von Mitteilungen, Berichten und Entscheiden der zuständigen kantonalen und ausländischen zentralen Behörden sowie anderer staatlicher Stellen oder Vermittlungsstellen;
b.: das Ergreifen aller erforderlichen Massnahmen, um die Ausreise des Kindes aus dem Herkunftsstaat oder die Einreise in den Aufnahmestaat und den ständigen Aufenthalt samt Unterbringung daselbst zu erwirken;
c.: die Ausstellung eines Einreisedokuments nach Artikel 10 BG-HAÜ.
