Art. 33 Implementing provisions

1 The Federal Council shall enact the implementing provisions.

2 It may implement the present Act in association with the cantons or private legal entities.

3 It may delegate administrative responsibilities in the area of host state policy to private legal entities.

Art. 33 Ausführungsbestimmungen

1 Der Bundesrat erlässt die Ausführungsbestimmungen.

2 Er kann die Kantone oder juristische Personen des Privatrechts zum Vollzug beiziehen.

3 Er kann administrative Aufgaben im Bereich der Gaststaatpolitik juristischen Personen des Privatrechts übertragen.
