121 Bundesgesetz vom 25. September 2015 über den Nachrichtendienst (Nachrichtendienstgesetz, NDG)
Art. 48 Allocation of data to the information systems
The FIS shall allocate incoming data as follows:
- a.
- data with information about violent extremism: to the IASA-GEX FIS system;
- b.
- data with information that initiates administrative processes only: the GEVER FIS system;
- c.
- data with information related to security measures only: the ESD system;
- d.
- data from publicly accessible sources: the OSINT portal system;
- e.
- data from border and customs checks: the Quattro P system;
- f.
- data that is used only for task management and for controlling radio and cable communications intelligence: the ISCO system;
- g.
- other data: the residual data memory system.
Art. 48 Zuweisung der Daten zu den Informationssystemen
Der NDB weist eingehende Daten wie folgt zu:
- a.
- Daten mit Informationen über gewalttätigen Extremismus: dem System IASA-GEX NDB;
- b.
- Daten mit Informationen, die ausschliesslich administrative Prozesse auslösen: dem System GEVER NDB;
- c.
- Daten mit Informationen, die ausschliesslich sicherheitspolizeiliche Massnahmen betreffen: dem System ELD;
- d.
- Daten aus öffentlich zugänglichen Quellen: dem System OSINT-Portal;
- e.
- Daten aus Grenz- und Zollkontrollen: dem System Quattro P;
- f.
- Daten, die ausschliesslich der Aufgabenkontrolle und der Steuerung der Funk- und Kabelaufklärung dienen: dem System ISCO;
- g.
- übrige Daten: dem System Restdatenspeicher.
