121 Bundesgesetz vom 25. September 2015 über den Nachrichtendienst (Nachrichtendienstgesetz, NDG)
Art. 3 Safeguarding further important national interests
In the event of a serious and immediate threat, the Federal Council may deploy the FIS not only to protect the national interests mentioned in Article 2 but also:
- a.
- to protect basic constitutional order in Switzerland;
- b.
- to support Swiss foreign policy;
- c.
- to protect Switzerland as a location for employment, business and finance.
Art. 3 Wahrung weiterer wichtiger Landesinteressen
Der Bundesrat kann im Falle einer schweren und unmittelbaren Bedrohung den NDB über die in Artikel 2 genannten Landesinteressen hinaus einsetzen:
- a.
- zum Schutz der verfassungsrechtlichen Grundordnung der Schweiz;
- b.
- zur Unterstützung der schweizerischen Aussenpolitik;
- c.
- zum Schutz des Werk-, Wirtschafts- und Finanzplatzes Schweiz.
