Die Aufsichtsinstrumente nach den Artikeln 29 Absatz 1, 30, 32, 34 und 35 FINMAG67 sind auf sämtliche Personen anwendbar, welche die Artikel 120, 121, 124, 142 oder 143 dieses Gesetzes verletzen.
Art. 145 Supervisory instruments in accordance with the FINMASA
The supervisory instruments detailed in Article 29 paragraphs 1, 30, 32, 34 and 35 FINMASA67 apply to all persons who contravene Articles 120, 121, 124, 142 or 143 of this Act.
