1 Der Anbieter muss das Angebot vor der Veröffentlichung einer von der Eidgenössischen Revisionsaufsichtsbehörde nach Artikel 9a Absatz 1 RAG60 zugelassenen Prüfgesellschaft oder einem Wertpapierhaus zur Prüfung unterbreiten.
2 Die Prüfstelle prüft, ob das Angebot dem Gesetz und den Ausführungsbestimmungen entspricht.
1 The offeror shall, prior to publication, submit the offer to an audit firm licensed by the Federal Audit Oversight Authority in accordance with Article 9a paragraph 1 AOA60 or to a securities firm for review.
2 The reviewing entity shall check whether the offer is in compliance with the law and the implementing provisions.
