956.1 Federal Act of 22 June 2007 on the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (Financial Market Supervision Act, FINMASA)
Art. 10 Geschäftsleitung
1 Die Geschäftsleitung ist das operative Organ. Sie steht unter der Leitung einer Direktorin oder eines Direktors.
2 Sie hat insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:
- a.
- Sie erlässt die Verfügungen nach Massgabe des Organisationsreglements.
- b.
- Sie erarbeitet die Entscheidgrundlagen des Verwaltungsrats und berichtet ihm regelmässig, bei besonderen Ereignissen ohne Verzug.
- c.
- Sie erfüllt alle Aufgaben, die nicht einem anderen Organ zugewiesen sind.
3 Das Organisationsreglement regelt die Einzelheiten.
Art. 10 Management Board
1 The Management Board is the operational management body. It is headed by a Chief Executive Officer.
2 It has the following tasks in particular:
- a.
- It issues rulings in accordance with the organisational regulations.
- b.
- It prepares the files and materials on which the Board of Directors bases its decisions and reports to it regularly, and in the case of special events immediately.
- c.
- It carries out all the tasks that are not assigned to another management body.
3 The organisational regulations regulate the details.
