Art. 13 Anrechenbare Aktiven

Für die Erfüllung der Mindestreservepflicht anrechenbar sind folgende auf Schweizerfranken lautende Aktiven der Banken:

a.
Umlaufmünzen (ohne Gedenk- und Anlagemünzen)

zu 100 Prozent

b.
Banknoten

zu 100 Prozent

c.
Giroguthaben bei der Nationalbank

zu 100 Prozent

Art. 13 Eligible assets

The following Swiss franc denominated assets of the banks are eligible as minimum reserves:

a.
coins in circulation (excluding commemorative coins and bullion coins)

100 percent

b.
banknotes

100 percent

c.
sight deposits at the National Bank

100 percent
