1 Verlangt eine Kundin oder ein Kunde eine Kopie ihres oder seines Dossiers nach Artikel 72 FIDLEG, so wird sie ihr oder ihm auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger herausgegeben.
2 Verlangt die Kundin oder der Kunde diese Kopie ohne hinreichende Begründung ein weiteres Mal, so kann der Finanzdienstleister dafür eine Entschädigung verlangen.
1 If a client requests a copy of their file in accordance with Article 72 FinSA, it will be provided to them on a durable data medium.
2 If the client demands this copy a further time without sufficient reason, the financial service provider can demand compensation.
