Art. 13

1 Waldstrassen dürfen zu folgenden Zwecken mit Motorfahrzeugen befahren werden:

a.
zu Rettungs- und Bergungszwecken;
b.
zu Polizeikontrollen;
c.
zu militärischen Übungen;
d.
zur Durchführung von Massnahmen zum Schutz vor Naturereignissen;
e.24
zum Unterhalt von Leitungsnetzen der Anbieterinnen von Fernmeldediensten.

2 Der übrige Wald darf nur mit Motorfahrzeugen befahren werden, wenn dies zur Erfüllung eines Zweckes nach Absatz 1 unumgänglich ist.

3 Veranstaltungen mit Motorfahrzeugen sind auf Waldstrassen und im übrigen Wald verboten.

Art. 13

1 Forest roads may be accessed by motorised vehicular traffic for the following purposes:

a.
for rescue and recovery purposes;
b.
for police controls;
c.
for military exercises;
d.
for the implementation of measures for the protection against natural events;
e.24
for the maintenance of the network lines of the providers of telecommunications services.

2 The rest of the forest may only be accessed by motorised vehicular traffic if such access is unavoidable for the fulfilment of a purpose in accordance with paragraph 1.

3 Events involving vehicular motorised traffic are prohibited on forest roads and in the rest of the forest.
