Art. 12 Eintragung und Veröffentlichung

1 Die Bezeichnung wird im Register der Ursprungsbezeichnungen und geographischen Angaben eingetragen, wenn:

a.
keine Einsprache fristgerecht erfolgt ist;
b.36
allfällige Einsprachen und Beschwerden abgelehnt worden sind.

2 Die Eintragung wird im Schweizerischen Handelsamtsblatt veröffentlicht.

Art. 12 Registration and publication

1 The name shall be entered in the Register of Designations of Origin and Geographical Indications where:

a.
there has been no objection within the time limit provided;
b.36
any objections and appeals have been rejected.

2 Registration shall be published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce.
