Diese Verordnung gilt für die Vermeidung und Entsorgung von Abfällen sowie für das Errichten und Betreiben von Abfallanlagen. Spezielle Vorschriften zu einzelnen Abfallarten in anderen Gesetzen und Verordnungen des Bundes bleiben vorbehalten.
This Ordinance applies to the avoidance and disposal of waste and to the construction and operation of waste disposal facilities. Special regulations on individual types of waste in other federal acts and ordinances are reserved.
