Art. 13d Biozidprodukte einer Biozidproduktefamilie

1 Die Inhaberin einer Zulassung einer Biozidproduktefamilie muss der Anmeldestelle jedes Produkt der Biozidproduktefamilie mindestens 30 Tage vor dem ersten Inverkehrbringen mitteilen.

2 Die Mitteilung muss Angaben über die genaue Zusammensetzung, den Handelsnamen, die Zulassungsnummer für die Biozidproduktefamilie und gegebenenfalls einen eindeutigen Rezepturidentifikator (UFI) nach Artikel 14a enthalten.102

3 Eine Mitteilung ist nicht erforderlich, wenn:

a.
ein bestimmtes Produkt in der Zulassung der Biozidproduktefamilie ausdrücklich genannt ist; oder
b.
die Abweichung in der Zusammensetzung nur Pigment-, Duft- oder Farbstoffe innerhalb der gemäss der Zulassung erlaubten Abweichungen betrifft, es sei denn, die Abweichung ist mit einer Änderung des Handelsnamens verbunden.

Art. 13d Biocidal products within a biocidal product family

1 The holder of an authorisation for a biocidal product family must declare to the Notification Authority each product within the biocidal product family at least 30 days before placing it on the market for the first time.

2 The declaration must indicate the exact composition, the trade name, the authorisation number for the biocidal product family and if applicable a unique formula identifier (UFI) in accordance with Article 14a.102

3 Declaration is not required if:

a.
a particular product is explicitly identified in the authorisation for the biocidal product family; or
b.
the variation in composition concerns only pigments, perfumes and dyes within the variations permitted according to the authorisation, unless the variation is associated with a change in the trade name.
