Art. 9 Verpackung von Aerosolpackungen

Für Aerosolpackungen, die nicht in den Geltungsbereich des LMG36 fallen, gelten zusätzlich zu den Verpackungsvorschriften dieser Verordnung die Artikel 1 und 2 sowie die Ziffern 2.1, 2.3, 3, 4, 5 und 6 des Anhangs der Richtlinie 75/324/EWG37.

Art. 9 Packaging of aerosol dispensers

Aerosol dispensers not covered by the FoodA36 are subject both to the packaging provisions of this Ordinance and to Articles 1 and 2, and points 2.1, 2.3, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Annex to Directive 75/324/EEC37.
