Art. 34 Kennzeichnung

1 Blut und labile Blutprodukte sowie die dazugehörigen Blutproben müssen nach den GMP-Regeln und den Regeln der Guten Praxis nach Anhang 1 der Verordnung vom 29. April 201510 über mikrobiologische Laboratorien gekennzeichnet sein.

2 Bei Eigenbluttransfusionen muss die Etikette zusätzlich den Namen der spendenden Person enthalten, und diese muss die Etikette unmittelbar vor der Spende unterschreiben.

3 Eigenbluttransfusionen müssen getrennt von Fremdblutspenden aufbewahrt werden.

Art. 34 Labelling

1 Blood and labile blood products and the corresponding blood samples must be labelled in accordance with the rules of GMP and good practice in accordance with Annex 1 of the Ordinance of 29 April 201510 on Microbiological Laboratories.

2 In the case of autologous transfusion, the label must also bear the name of the donor and the label must be signed by the autologous donor immediately before blood collection.

3 Autologous donations must be kept separate from homologous donations.
