Art. 10

1 Die Bewilligung nach Artikel 8 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b wird nur Ärztinnen und Ärzten erteilt.25

2 Diese müssen:

a.
Gewähr für eine sorgfältige, gesetzeskonforme Tätigkeit bieten;
b.
zusammen mit den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern eine sorgfältige Auswahl der Samenspender gewährleisten; und
c.26
sicherstellen, dass die Keimzellen, imprägnierten Eizellen und Embryonen in vitro nach dem Stand von Wissenschaft und Praxis konserviert werden.

Art. 10

1 A licence in accordance with Article 8 paragraph 1 letter b shall only be granted to physicians.25

2 They must:

a.
ensure that such activities are carried out with due care and in compliance with the law;
b.
together with staff, ensure that sperm donors are carefully selected; and
c.26
ensure that reproductive cells, impregnated ova and embryos in vitro are preserved according to the state of science and practice.
