Art. 91 Datenübergabe zur Befreiung von der Abgabepflicht

(Art. 69b und 109b RTVG)

1 Die bisherige Gebührenerhebungsstelle stellt der neuen Erhebungsstelle spätestens 18 Monate nach Inkrafttreten dieser Bestimmung die nachfolgenden Daten zu gebührenbefreiten Personen (bisheriger Art. 64108) zur Verfügung, soweit die Daten vorhanden sind:

a.
Name und Vorname;
b.
Wohnadresse;
c.
Geburtsdatum;
d.
Korrespondenzsprache;
e.
Name und Vorname der Personen, die im selben Privathaushalt wohnen wie die gebührenbefreite Person.

2 Die Einzelheiten richten sich nach dem bisherigen Artikel 66 Absatz 3109.

Art. 91 Provision of data on the exemption from the obligation to pay

(Art. 69b and 109b RTVA)

1 The previous fee collection agency shall provide the new collection agency at the latest 18 months after this provision comes into force with the following data on persons exempt from the fee (former Art. 64108), provided the data is available:

a.
surname and first name;
b.
home address;
c.
date of birth;
d.
language for correspondence;
e.
surname and first name of the persons living in the same private household as the person exempt from the fee.

2 The details are governed by the previous Article 66 paragraph 3109.
