1 Die Beauftragten sind verpflichtet, dem BAKOM alle für die Umsetzung dieser Verordnung und ihrer Ausführungsbestimmungen notwendigen Angaben und Dokumente zu liefern.
2 Sie sind verpflichtet, dem BAKOM die für die Erstellung einer offiziellen Statistik erforderlichen Auskünfte unentgeltlich zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Artikel 97–103 der Verordnung vom 9. März 200743 über die Fernmeldedienste sind sinngemäss anwendbar.
1 Delegates are obliged to provide OFCOM with all the information and documents necessary for the execution of this Ordinance and its implementing provisions.
2 They are obliged to transmit free of charge to OFCOM the information necessary for the compilation of official statistics. Articles 97 to 103 of the Ordinance of 9 March 200743 on Telecommunications Services apply by analogy.
