1 Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass die nach den technischen Normen von Artikel 31 Absatz 2 Buchstabe a FMG hergestellten Funkanlagen die grundlegenden Anforderungen an die Aspekte erfüllen, die unter die besagte Bestimmung fallen.
2 Wird eine bezeichnete technische Norm geändert, so veröffentlicht das BAKOM im Bundesblatt, ab welchem Zeitpunkt die Vermutung der Konformität für konforme Funkanlagen nach der vorangehenden Fassung dahinfällt.13

1 Radio equipment manufactured in accordance with the technical standards referred to in Article 31 paragraph 2 letter a TCA is presumed to meet the essential requirements with regard to those aspects governed by that provision.
2 If a designated technical provision is modified, OFCOM shall give notice in the Federal Gazette of the point in time from which the presumption of the conformity of radio equipment with the previous version ceases to apply.13
