Art. 55 Zuständigkeit

1 Die Widerhandlungen nach den Artikeln 52–54 werden vom UVEK nach den Vorschriften des Verwaltungsstrafrechtsgesetzes vom 22. März 1974177 verfolgt und beurteilt.

2 Das UVEK kann die Verfolgung und Beurteilung von Widerhandlungen sowie den Vollzug der Entscheide dem BAKOM übertragen.

Art. 55 Jurisdiction

1 Offences within the meaning of Articles 52 to 54 shall be prosecuted and adjudicated by DETEC in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Act of 22 March 1974177 on Administrative Criminal Law.

2 DETEC may delegate to OFCOM the tasks of prosecution and adjudication of offences, as well as the enforcement of decisions.
