1 Überwachungen, die zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieses Gesetzes im Gange sind, werden nach neuem Recht fortgeführt.
2 Beschwerden gegen Verfügungen des Dienstes sind nach dem vor erster Instanz anwendbaren Recht zu behandeln.
3 Die Pflicht nach Artikel 21 Absatz 2 gilt für Auskünfte über Prepaid-SIM-Karten und ähnliche Mittel, die zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieses Gesetzes nach dem bisherigen Recht noch verfügbar sein müssen.
4 Auf Entschädigungen und Gebühren für Überwachungen nach diesem Gesetz ist dasjenige Recht anwendbar, welches zum Zeitpunkt der Anordnung der Überwachung in Kraft gewesen ist.
1 Surveillance that is in progress at the time that this Act comes into force shall continue in accordance with the new law.
2 Appeals against the Service’s decisions shall be dealt with in accordance with the law applicable in the proceedings at the first instance.
3 The obligation laid down in Article 21 paragraph 2 applies to information about prepaid SIM cards and similar means that must still be available under the previous law at the time that this Act comes into force.
4 The compensation and fees for surveillance pursuant to this Act are governed by the law that was in force at the time surveillance was ordered.
