1 Für die Verfolgung und Beurteilung von Widerhandlungen gegen dieses Gesetz ist das VStrR45 anwendbar.

2 Verfolgende und urteilende Behörde ist die ESTV.

1 The ACLA45 applies to the prosecution and adjudication of violations of this Act.
