Der Schweizerische Bundesrat,
gestützt auf die Artikel 23n Absätze 5 und 6, 23o Absatz 3, 23q Absatz 1 und 26
des Bundesgesetzes vom 1. Juli 19661 über den Natur- und Heimatschutz (NHG),
in Ausführung des Protokolls von Nagoya vom 29. Oktober 20102 über den Zugang zu genetischen Ressourcen und die ausgewogene und gerechte Aufteilung
der sich aus ihrer Nutzung ergebenden Vorteile zum Übereinkommen
über die Biologische Vielfalt (Nagoya-Protokoll),
verordnet:
The Swiss Federal Council,
based on Articles 23n paragraphs 5 and 6, 23o paragraph 3, 23q paragraph 1 and 26 of the Federal Act of 1 July 19661 on the Protection of Nature and Cultural Heritage (NCHA),
in application of the Nagoya Protocol of 29 October 20102 on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity (Nagoya Protocol),
ordains:
