Art. 67 Übertragung von Aufgaben an Dritte

Bund und Kantone können Organisationen der Arbeitswelt Vollzugsaufgaben übertragen. Diese können für Verfügungen und Dienstleistungen Gebühren erheben.30

Art. 67 Delegation of tasks to third parties

The Confederation and the Cantons may delegate implementation to professional organisations. These organisations may charge fees for consultation and services rendered.30
