Art. 42 Widerhandlung in Geschäftsbetrieben

Bei Widerhandlungen in Geschäftsbetrieben durch Untergebene, Beauftragte oder Vertreter gelten die Artikel 6 und 7 des Bundesgesetzes vom 22. März 197424 über das Verwaltungsstrafrecht.

Art. 42 Offences committed within a business

Articles 6 and 7 of the Federal Act of 22 March 197424 on Administrative Criminal Law apply to offences committed within a business by subordinates, agents or representatives.
