Art. 19 Eintragung und Veröffentlichung

1 Liegen keine Zurückweisungsgründe vor, so trägt das IGE die Marke im Markenregister ein und veröffentlicht die Eintragung.

2 Es bestätigt dem Markeninhaber die Eintragung. Die Bestätigung enthält die im Register eingetragenen Angaben.45

Art. 19 Registration and publication

1 If there are no grounds for refusal, the IPI shall register the trade mark in the Trade Mark Register and publish the registration.

2 It will provide the proprietor of the trade mark with a confirmation of the registration. The confirmation shall include the information entered in the Register.45
