Art. 930 II. Unternehmens-Identifikationsnummer

Die im Handelsregister eingetragenen Rechtseinheiten erhalten eine Unternehmens-Identifikationsnummer nach dem Bundesgesetz vom 18. Juni 2010757 über die Unternehmens-Identifikationsnummer.

Art. 933 IV. Change in facts

1 If a fact must be entered in the commercial register, any change in this fact must also be recorded.

2 A person no longer associated with an entity is entitled to apply for the entry relating to them to be deleted. The Ordinance regulates the details.
