Art. 829 B. Genossenschaften des öffentlichen Rechts

Öffentlich-rechtliche Personenverbände stehen, auch wenn sie genossenschaftlichen Zwecken dienen, unter dem öffentlichen Recht des Bundes und der Kantone.

Art. 832 1. Content prescribed by law

The articles of association must contain provisions concerning:

the business name and seat of the cooperative;

the objects of the cooperative;

the form of the cooperative’s communications with its members.
