Art. 266i 3. Tod des Mieters

Stirbt der Mieter, so können seine Erben mit der gesetzlichen Frist auf den nächsten gesetzlichen Termin kündigen.

Art. 266i 3. Death of the tenant or lessee

In the event of the death of the tenant or lessee, his heirs may terminate the contract by giving the legally prescribed notice expiring on the next admissible termination date.
