Art. 95 Umfang der Datenübernahme

1 Die Kantone bestimmen aufgrund des Datenmodells des Bundes und ihrer Erweiterungen, wie weit der vorhandene Planinhalt zu übernehmen ist.

2 Die Qualität der Daten muss mit dem entsprechenden Attribut eindeutig gekennzeichnet werden.

Art. 95 Extent of retention of existing data

1 The cantons decide how much of the existing map content should be retained, on the basis of the federal data model and the cantonal additions.

2 The quality of the data must be clearly indicated by the corresponding attribute.
