Art. 65 Grundstückbeschreibung

¹ Die Grundstückbeschreibung umfasst:

a.: den Gemeindenamen;
b.: die Zuordnung zur Nummer des Plans für das Grundbuch;
c.: die Nummer und Fläche in Quadratmetern des Grundstücks oder des selbständigen und dauernden Rechtes;
d.: eine geeignete Information über die Lokalisierung der betroffenen Objekte wie Lokal- oder Strassenname;
e.: die Gebäudenummer oder einen anderen Identifikator für die Gebäude; und
f.: eine Liste der Objekte der Informationsebene «Bodenbedeckung».

² Die Grundstückbeschreibung ist zu datieren.

³ Für den elektronischen Datenaustausch zwischen der amtlichen Vermessung und dem Grundbuch gelten die Vorschriften der Technischen Verordnung des EJPD und des VBS vom 6. Juni 2007⁸⁵ über das Grundbuch (TGBV).

Art. 65 Property description

¹ The property description comprises:

a.: the name of the commune;
b.: the Land Registry Plan number;
c.: the number and area in m² of the property, or of the distinct and permanent rights (easements);
d.: appropriate information on the location of the objects in question such as the local name or the road/street name;
e.: the number or other identification of the building; and
f.: a list of the objects from the «land cover» layer.

² The property description must be dated.

³ Electronic data transfer between official cadastral surveying and the Land Registry is governed by the Technical Ordinance of the FDJP and the DDPS of 6 June 2007⁸⁵ on the Land Register (TLRO).
