Art. 100 Zuverlässigkeit

Folgende Kontrollen sind auszuführen:

a.: Kontrollzeichnungen im Massstab und Format des Grundbuchplanes;
b.: Konsistenztest über den gesamten Perimeter für die Informationsebene «Liegenschaften»;
c.: Vergleich der alten und neuen Liegenschaftsflächen. Die Kantone entscheiden über die Behandlung der Differenzen.

Art. 100 Reliability

The following checks must be carried out:

a.: check plots at the scale and in the format of the cadastral map;
b.: consistency checks for the «landownership» layer within the whole perimeter;
c.: comparison of the old and new areas of properties: the cantons decide how to deal with any differences.
