Der Vorstand führt die Geschäftsbücher des Vereins. Die Vorschriften des Obligationenrechts92 über die kaufmännische Buchführung und Rechnungslegung gelten sinngemäss.

The committee shall maintain the association’s business ledgers. The provisions of the Code of Obligations91 on commercial bookkeeping and accounting apply mutatis mutandis.
