Art. 28 Statistik zu den Beschaffungen im Staatsvertragsbereich

(Art. 50 BöB)

1 Das SECO errechnet die Gesamtwerte der öffentlichen Aufträge nach Artikel 50 BöB.

2 Es erstellt und notifiziert die Statistiken nach Artikel XVI Absatz 4 des Protokolls vom 30. März 20126 zur Änderung des Übereinkommens über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen.

Art. 28 Statistics on procurements in the scope of international treaties

(Art. 50 of the PPA)

1 SECO shall calculate the total value of public contracts in accordance with Article 50 of the PPA.

2 It shall prepare and communicate the statistics in accordance with Article XVI paragraph 4 of the Protocol of 30 March 20126 amending the Agreement on Government Procurement.
