Art. 13

¹ Im Bundesblatt werden veröffentlicht:

a.: die Botschaften und Entwürfe des Bundesrates zu Erlassen der Bundesversammlung;
b.²²: die Berichte und die Entwürfe von Kommissionen der Bundesversammlung zu Erlassen der Bundesversammlung und die entsprechenden Stellungnahmen des Bundesrates;
c. ²³: …
d.: die Bundesbeschlüsse zu Verfassungsänderungen sowie über die Genehmigung völkerrechtlicher Verträge nach Artikel 140 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b BV;
e.: die Bundesgesetze und die dem fakultativen Referendum unterstehenden Bundesbeschlüsse;
f.: die einfachen Bundesbeschlüsse, die nicht nach Artikel 2 Buchstabe h in der AS veröffentlicht werden;
f^bis.²⁴: Weisungen des Bundesrates;
g.: weitere Texte, die nach der Bundesgesetzgebung aufzunehmen sind.

² Im Bundesblatt können ferner veröffentlicht werden:

a.: Berichte, Stellungnahmen oder Vereinbarungen des Bundesrates, der Kommissionen der Bundesversammlung oder der eidgenössischen Gerichte, soweit sie nicht nach Absatz 1 veröffentlicht werden müssen;
b.: Beschlüsse und Mitteilungen des Bundesrates;
c.: Beschlüsse, Weisungen und Mitteilungen der Bundesverwaltung sowie von Organisationen und Personen des öffentlichen oder des privaten Rechts, die mit Verwaltungsaufgaben betraut sind, jedoch nicht der Bundesverwaltung angehören.²⁵

³ Soweit es zweckmässig erscheint, kann die Veröffentlichung auf Titel sowie Fundstelle oder Bezugsquelle (Art. 5) beschränkt werden.

Art. 13

¹ The following shall be published in the Federal Gazette:

a.: dispatches and drafts of the Federal Council on enactments of the Federal Assembly;
b.²²: reports and drafts of Federal Assembly committees on enactments of the Federal Assembly and the related Federal Council statements;
c. ²³: …
d.: federal decrees on amendments to the Constitution as well as on the approval of international treaties in accordance with Article 140 paragraph 1 letter b of the Federal Constitution;
e.: federal acts and federal decrees subject to an optional referendum;
f.: simple federal decrees that are not published in the AS in accordance with Article 2 letter h;
f^bis.²⁴: Federal Council directives;
g.: further texts that must be included in accordance with federal legislation.

² In addition, the following may be published in the Federal Gazette:

a.: reports, statements or agreements of the Federal Council, Federal Assembly committees or the federal courts, unless these must be published under paragraph 1;
b.: Federal Council decrees and announcements;
c.: decrees, directives and announcements from the Federal Administration and from organisations and persons under public or private law that are assigned administrative duties but do not form part of the Federal Administration.²⁵

³ If it seems appropriate, the publication may be limited to the title with the reference or source (Art. 5).
